How Our Solution Works

  • The EquityQuest solution integrates core aspects of leadership, executive coaching, neurophysiology, equine-assisted therapeutics and whole-body learning in its approach.

  • All activities involve groundwork partnering with horses (i.e., unmounted, no riding), thus our motto, “Horses as our Guides and Nature as the Classroom.”
     

  • EquityQuest’s site partners currently offer programs and therapeutic services for differently abled people with a variety of physical and/or psychological conditions. Through our work with these sites, we have incorporated accessibility as another lens through which we frame our work and approaches.
