What People Say

10_edited.jpg

It was different because we were not asked or guided to do the typical exercises of DEI trainings.

Being with horses made me breathe, become more calm, and have contact with nature, which provided a lot of opportunity for self-reflection.

The role of the horses in this training is really INCREDIBLE.

I had interacted very little with horses before this and was blown away by how much I learned.

I think the horses allowed me to take my mind away from the normal world and challenged me to really be aware of myself, my energy and my behavior.
